 Here is the first gallery of photos from one of the photography trips my niece Staci Hawkes and I used to make before she passed away in Feb. of 2023.  We always had fun, laughed a lot, talked a lot and really got to know each other quite well. These shoots between us became some of my best memories of photography.  These are a few of my photos with Staci from a trip around the Bangor area ending up in downtown Bangor.  Click on any photo to see a larger size.  I have a couple of thousand photos of this young lady from years ago. These are from June 19, 2012.  Brighde Caitrin Fay Cardiff. These are just a few of my favorites from this session!! 

 Back when I lived in the midcoast I could go and photograph folks performing almost every night. I miss the people and the great music they provided.  I don't know what the music scene is in the Midcoast anymore, but I hope it has survived. I would love to go and listen and get some new photographs.  Here are a few I liked from July 14, 2014 at the Highland Cafe in Thomaston. Click on the photo for a larger picture!! 😀 

After a long hiatus from this blog I started years ago I now have the time to not only get out and find some new treasures but to also re-edit some of the thousands of photos I still have.  July 25, 2015 this ship sat in Rockland Harbor.
