Color is lacking for this time of year

Today I traveled up Mt. Battie to see how the foliage really looked in the Camden and surrounding area. By now the colors should be brilliant, they are, however, much less than stellar!

Camden Harbor from Mt. Battie

Saturday afternoon the town of Camden was packed wall to wall with people, my least favorite kind of place to be. So I thought let's see what it looks like from Mt. Battie today.

Out & About — Rockland Harbor and downtown

Went on a nearly 3-mile walk today around the harbor and through downtown seeing what drew my attention.

The water out a ways and the sky was just beautiful this afternoon.
