Glenburn to Dover Foxcroft on a beautiful sunny day

I needed to get out and enjoy some sunshine today, so I decided to go for a ride North. Stopped along the way to grab some photos.

This is Mountain View Correctional Center in Charleston, Maine.  They can call it what they want, look at the barbed wire. It's a prison, simple as that. (Photo by Ron Hawkes)

I passed this family in their horses and buggy and pulled over to snap some photos of the horses. As the buggy approached I heard "No Faces Please" and I assured I just want photos of the horses. The driver of the buggy thanked me and actually stopped the horses right in front of me. I wish I could have shown their faces, young children, husband, wife(s), grandmother all having a nice day out. But I respected their wishes and blocked out any faces you could identify. These horses were beautiful. I really appreciated them stopping so I could get these. (Photo by Ron Hawkes)
